PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator arrangement structure of a saddle riding type vehicle, being compact in installation space, capable of suppressing seat height, and improving cooling performance.SOLUTION: A saddle riding type vehicle 1 on which a water-cooling type internal combustion engine 30 is mounted has a radiator arrangement structure for a saddle riding type vehicle in which a radiator 4 is so arranged as to incline backward along a rear fender 18, facing a front part of the rear fender, with a cooling fan 6 arranged to be inclined forward in front of the radiator, otherwise or further, a radiator arrangement structure for a saddle-riding type vehicle in which the cooling fan and the radiator are arranged to be accommodated so that they come away from each other as become higher, in a V-shape region 19 which is formed with a main frame 21 and the rear fender when viewed sideways.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
