The flight management server includes: a receiving unit that receives a flight request including area information including at least two or more areas among a plurality of areas independent from each other; a generation unit that generates a flight mission including a flight route of flying over the at least two or more areas based on the flight request from the user terminal; a communication unit that transmits the flight mission as generated to the unmanned flying body, and receives information acquired by the unmanned flying body from the unmanned flying body; a classification unit that classifies the information acquired by the unmanned flying body into areas; and a storage unit that stores classified information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
