To provide a spare tire fitting structure capable of inhibiting a forward movement of a spare tire due to rear strike on a vehicle body occurring when a battery and the spare tire are vertically layered and fitted in a concave part of a rear floor of the vehicle body.SOLUTION: A spare tire fitting structure includes a tire fitting assembly 30 that is laid to link rear frames 22 extending in a fore-and-aft direction along the right and left edges of a rear floor 20, and that places a spare tire 50 above a battery 40 stored in a concave part 21 of the rear floor 20.
