To improve accuracy in a mounting position by hindering displacement, in a wheel radial direction, of a mounting position of a spare tire mounted in an inclining position, in a spare tire mounting structure.SOLUTION: A spare tire mounting structure 10 comprises: a spare tire carrier 12 suspending a spare tire ST by means of a chain 20; and a pair of left and right abutting members 14 provided on the underside of a vehicle. The spare tire ST is mounted on a vehicle body so as to be put in a position inclining downwardly toward the front with respect to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The abutting member 14 has: a first face part 28 inclining upward at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and disposed in contact with a side face T1 of the mounted spare tire; and a second face part 30 continuing downward from the first face part 28, formed at an obtuse angle with respect to the first face part 28, and disposed in contact with a ground face T2 of the mounted spare tire ST.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
