To provide an image processing device with which it is possible to display a range which is actually reachable by a moving vehicle.SOLUTION: Provided is an image processing device 200 for generating the reachable range of a moving vehicle on the basis of the remaining amount of energy of the moving vehicle and causing it to be displayed by a display unit 210, wherein an acquisition unit 201 acquires information pertaining to the current point of the moving vehicle and information pertaining to the initial amount of energy possessed at the current point of the moving vehicle. A calculation unit 202 calculates the estimated amount of energy consumed which is the amount of energy actually consumed when the moving vehicle travels a prescribed section. A search unit 203 searches a plurality of reachable points which are the points that the moving vehicle is reachable from the current point. A division unit 204 divides map information into a plurality of areas. An addition unit 205 adds, to each of the plurality of areas divided by the division unit 204, discrimination information for discriminating whether or not these areas are reachable by the moving vehicle, respectively.
