To appropriately show a vehicle user a content of charging work in a process from the start of charging to the end of charging for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A charging guidance device having a charging port to which a charging connector can be connected and a charging lid for opening/closing the charging port for showing a vehicle user a content of charging work carried out from the start of charging for the vehicle to the end of charging includes: a charging scene determination unit for determining a charging scene in the process from the start of charging for the vehicle to the end of charging based on patterns of presence or absence of charging intention, opening/closing of the charging lid, presence or absence of the connection of a charging connector to the charging port, and presence or absence of a human access to the charging port; a first storage unit for storing a guidance content to be shown to the vehicle user for each charging scene; a guidance control unit for determining a guidance content to be shown to the vehicle user in correspondence to the charging scene determined by the charging scene determination unit; and an output unit for executing guidance output according to the guidance content determined by the guidance control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
