To provide a vehicular brake force control apparatus improved for reducing variation of pitch attitude of a vehicular body when the control of brake force is switched by an override braking being performed.SOLUTION: A control unit for executing front-rear distribution control for brake force performs: computing first target brake force of front-rear wheels by distributing target brake force for automatic braking to the front-rear wheels by a first front-rear distribution ratio R1, in a case where a braking operation is started by a driver during execution of automatic braking control (S10, S40); computing second target brake force by distributing brake force required by the driver to the front-rear wheels by a predetermined second front-rear distribution ratio R2 that is different from the first front-rear distribution ratio so that a pitch moment Mbp exerted to a vehicular body caused by front and rear brake force becomes "0" (S80); and performing control so that the front and rear brake force respectively equal sums of the first and second target brake force (S110).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】オーバーライドの制動操作が行われ制動力の制御が切り替えられる際における車体のピッチ姿勢の変動が従来に比して小さくなるよう改良された車両用制動力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制動力の前後配分制御を実行する制御ユニットは、自動制動制御の実行中に運転者により制動操作が開始されたときには(S10、40)、自動制動の目標制動力を第一の前後配分比R1にて前後輪に配分して前後輪の第一の目標制動力を演算し、前輪及び後輪の制動力に起因して車体に与えられるピッチモーメントMbpが0になるよう第一の前後配分比とは異なる値に予め設定された第二の前後配分比R2にて運転者が要求する制動力を前後輪に配分して第二の目標制動力を演算し(S80)、前輪及び後輪の制動力がそれぞれ前輪及び後輪の第一及び第二の目標制動力の和になるように制御する(S110)。【選択図】図2
