To improve a cooling property of a motor, in an oil cooling structure of an electric vehicle motor.SOLUTION: An oil cooling structure 200 includes a case 21, and a motor 32 having a stator core 35 fitted in the inside of the case. Between the case and the stator core, oil grooves extending in an axial direction are formed at plural positions in a circumferential direction. On the inside surface of the case, a cylinder portion communicating with the respective oil grooves on the inner side, is provided. Between the cylinder portion and a partial outer peripheral surface in axial direction of the stator core, a first annular space 136 opening in the circumferential direction is formed. The case includes at least one of the plurality of oil grooves, or an oil introducing port 21b connected to the first annular space and introducing oil from the outside. The oil is jetted from outer peripheral sides of both end portions of the stator core in the axial direction toward the plurality of coil ends of the stator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
