The present invention relates to a cooling guide for an electric vehicle motor. The cooling guide for an electric vehicle motor guides the movement of oil to an end coil of an electric vehicle motor. The cooling guide for an electric vehicle motor comprises: a coupling part formed in the shape of a portion of a ring, coupled to an intermediate housing coupled to a housing of the motor, and arranged to surround an upper portion of a rotation shaft adjacent to the end coil; an extension part formed to extend from the coupling part in a direction parallel to the rotation shaft to be inserted between an outer peripheral surface of the end coil and an inner peripheral surface of the housing; and a guide part which is formed to extend from the extension part in a direction toward the inner peripheral surface of the housing to be spaced a predetermined distance from the inner peripheral surface of the housing, so that oil discharged from a cooling passage of the housing in a direction parallel to the rotation shaft is directed in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis to contact the end coil. The cooling guide for an electric vehicle motor has a guide hole formed in the extension part, so that oil can be effectively guided to the end coil even when the electric vehicle is driving on an incline.
