To realize a superhigh speed railway by a new railway system traveling on conventional rails by using wheels instead of a linear motor superhigh speed railway having principle defects such as a magnetic shielding problem, noise, vibration, energy efficiency, and blocking operation.SOLUTION: Rail contact surfaces of all of four wheels mounted on a railway truck are formed to have a cylindrical shape, geometrical relative positions between rails of the wheels and the wheels are always individually monitored by a relative position detecting sensor, steering devices installed on each of the wheels have a function of making the four wheels of the truck exactly trace on the rails, and derailment prevention devices utilizing both side surfaces of the rails as derailment prevention members are provided on all of the four wheels in order to physically prevent the derailment due to unspecified derailment factors such as an earthquake, which impair the function of making the four wheels of the truck exactly trace on the rails. The derailment prevention members can be retracted to rail top surfaces at a position where the derailment prevention members interfere with the rail, a rail accessory member, a long rail connection part, and the like at a branch point or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】磁気遮蔽問題、騒音、振動、エネルギー効率、閉塞運転など原理的欠点を持つリニアモータ超高速鉄道に代わり、車輪を用いた従来のレール上を走行する新鉄道システムによって超高速鉄道を実用化する。【解決手段】鉄道台車に装備される4個の車輪全てのレール接触面を円筒に形成して、個々の車輪のレールと車輪の幾何学的相対的位置を常時相対的位置感知センサーによって監視し、個々の車輪に設置した操蛇装置によってレール上を前記台車4車輪が忠実にレール上をトレースする機能を持たせ、前記台車4車輪が忠実にレール上をトレースする機能を阻害する地震等の不特定の脱線要因により脱線することを物理的に防止のため、レール両側面を脱線阻止部材として利用する「脱線防止装置」を4輪全部設け、分岐点等で前記脱線防止部材がレールもしくはレール付属部材やロングレール接続部などと干渉する場所で、前記脱線防止部材がレール上面に退避出来るようにする。【選択図】図1
