To provide a remote operation system for a container crane that makes it easy to grasp a relative positional relation between a lower part of a corner of a suspender and a corner of a cargo target surface located below it.SOLUTION: A suspender 40 and a cargo target surface 50 located below the suspender 40 are photographed by a photographing device 21 installed in a trolley 13. A horizontal relative displacement of the suspender 40 with respect to the trolley 13 is detected by a horizontal displacement detection device 22a. Based on the relative displacement input from the horizontal displacement detection device 22a, an image processing in which an area of part of a photographed image 30 is cut out by a control device 23, thereby forming a cut-out image 32 in which a lower part 41a of a corner 41 of the suspender 40 and a corner 50a of the cargo target surface 50 are photographed.
