To predict the route of a vehicle to be predicted, which is manned to travel in a prescribed facility.SOLUTION: A prediction device (1) comprises a prediction unit (102) that predicts the route of a manned forklift (2) at current time and later on the basis of travel information of the manned forklift (2) at the current time by using a learned model which has machine-learned a correlation between travel information at given time during manned traveling of a vehicle which has been manned to travel in a prescribed facility and the traveling route of the vehicle at the given time and later.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
