The identification calculation part comprises: a parameter adjustment part to calculate the identification value adjusting the hull parameter; and an average ship speed calculation part to calculate the average value of the ship surge speed during an identification value calculation period as the average ship speed corresponding to the calculated identification value during the same identification value calculation period. The update calculation part 13 comprises: an acquisition part 131 to acquire the identification value and the average ship speed corresponding to the identification value; an identification value storage part 133 to store the acquired identification value in time series; and a calculation processing part 134 to calculate a coefficient of an update function of a linear function with respect to the ship speed by the least square method based on the stored identification values and calculate the update value of the hull parameter by the update function using the calculated coefficient and the acquired average ship speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
