To especially provide a safety monitoring system based on a neural network regarding a switching operation of automatic driving/manual driving of an automatic driving vehicle.SOLUTION: A safety monitoring system of an automatic driving vehicle receives sensor data from a plurality of sensors, extracts a predetermined amount of features from the sensor data by using a machine learning model, determines whether or not to prompt intervention to an automatic driving system to a user on the basis of the features extracted by using the machine learning model, generates safety alarm based on determination as to whether or not to prompt the intervention to the automatic driving system to the user, and prompts the intervention to the automatic driving system of the automatic driving vehicle to the user on the basis of the generated safety alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
