To provide an occupant recognition device that can estimate a position of an occupant in a depth direction of an image.SOLUTION: An occupant recognition device includes an imaging device, a first projector and a second projector. The imaging device includes both of a front seat and a rear seat in a cabin in an imaging range. The first projector projects light to a first projection range including the front seat.
