To provide a flight device capable of suppressing power consumption, under restriction of the capacity of power of power supply means; and to provide a flight method and a program.SOLUTION: A flight device 100 includes propulsion means 102 for flying the self device 100, detection means 401 for detecting a pause place B to pause flight of the self device 100, and control means 401 for moving the self device 100 to the pause place B detected by the detection means 401, when a prescribed condition is satisfied during flight, changing the propulsion means 102 from a normal power mode to a low power consumption mode, and controlling the self device 100 from a flight condition to a pause condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
