To provide a flight device, a flight method, and a flight program capable of detecting a problem at an early stage by monitoring a state of a motor.SOLUTION: A flight device 1 capable of performing an autonomous flight is provided with a plurality of motors 6 connected to a propeller 8 for gaining thrust, the motors 6 being brushless direct current motors controlled by vector control, and includes motor information acquisition means for acquiring motor information including an angular speed of a rotator of each motor 6 acquired in a process of the vector control and a voltage supplied to each motor 6, and motor state determination means for determining the state of each motor 6 based on the motor information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
