To provide an in-conduit line work system using an unmanned flight body capable of preventing bending of a cable whose one end is connected to an unmanned flight body, and preferably performing in-conduit line work by the unmanned flight body, an unmanned flight body introduction device and work method.SOLUTION: An in-conduit line work system comprises: an unmanned flight body 8 which flies in a conduit line 2, which comprises a sensor for sensing an environment in a conduit line and a camera for imaging a still picture and/or a moving image in a conduit line, and which performs a prescribed work; and an unmanned flight body introduction device 10 for introducing the unmanned flight body into the conduit line from a manhole 3 connected to the conduit line. The unmanned flight body comprises a cable connection part 16 for connecting one end of the cable 11 connected to outside of the manhole, the unmanned flight body introduction device comprises: a cable; a cable guide 12 longer than a length of the manhole; and a cable winding machine 14 capable of controlling tension force of the cable; and a cable guide support 13 for supporting the cable guide so that an upper part of the cable guide is positioned above the opening part of the manhole by the prescribed height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
