To prevent emission of a warning sound as long as backward movement of an object to be towed does not occur.SOLUTION: A threshold storage unit 53 stores a first threshold TH1 compared with an amount by which a belt is pulled. When the amount by which the belt is pulled is smaller than the first threshold TH1, a controller 50 inhibits operation of a backward-movement detection unit 54. This can prevent operation of the backward-movement detection unit 54 even if a power source is turned off with the belt left slightly slacking in the vehicle cabin, a power source is turned on thereafter, and a slack removal motor 95 is actuated. Therefore, as long as backward movement of a wheelchair (an object to be towed) does not occur, emission of a warning sound can be inhibited, making it possible to improve convenience and reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】牽引物の後退ではない場合に警告音の吹鳴を禁止させる。【解決手段】しきい値格納部53には、ベルトの引き出し量と比較される第1しきい値TH1が設けられ、コントローラ50は、ベルトの引き出し量が第1しきい値TH1よりも小さいときに、後退検知部54の動作を禁止する。これにより、ベルトが車室内で多少の弛みを持って放置されたまま電源がオフされ、その後再度電源がオンされて弛み取りモータ95が作動したとしても、後退検知部54を動作させないようにできる。したがって、車椅子(牽引物)の後退ではない場合に警告音の吹鳴を禁止させることができ、ひいては利便性および信頼性を向上させることが可能となる。【選択図】図8
