PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive handling device for an electrically-driven winch, which can operate in the vicinity of a load hook, which is excellent in operability, which can enlarge a vertical moving stroke of a load hook or the like, and which can improve a hitch and a handling performance.SOLUTION: A drive handling device 20 for an electrically driven winch comprises: a signal generating circuit arranged, in the outer circumferential portion of a cylindrical housing 31, with a holding part 36 to be gripped by a hand, and with a winding-up push button switch 34 and a winding-down push button switch 35, for generating a winding-up signal and a winding-down signal inside thereof; a wireless sending unit for transforming the winding-up signal and the winding-down signal into a radio signal and send the radio signal to the electrically driven winch; and a battery storage part for storing a battery to feed an electric power to the individual portions of the cylindrical casing. The radio transmission unit transforms the radio signal received, into a winding-up signal and a winding-down signal thereby to output the signals to a drive part.
