The drive assistance control device 100 comprises: an acquiring unit 103 that acquires a traveling state of a detected vehicle and a traveling environment of the vehicle; and a control unit 101, P1 that, in a case where zero-point learning for a yaw rate sensor has not be completed, causes an operation assistance unit 31 to execute collision avoidance assistance by using, as an actuation region for the collision avoidance assistance, a reduction actuation region reduced from a reference actuation region, serving as a reference, taking an error of the yaw rate sensor into consideration and using the traveling state of the vehicle and the traveling environment of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
