To provide an apparatus for manufacturing automobile wheel, a method for manufacturing an automobile wheel, and a control program which enable an elongation amount to be constant, and a rim part to be molded into a full length as set, by a simpler treatment, regardless of a dispersion in thickness of an element tube.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 100 performs thickness-reducing treatment of molding a recess shape by making rotation control centered on the rotation axis of a mandrel roll 110, rotation control of a spinning roll 120, and movement control of the relative displacement between the mandrel roll 110 and the spinning roll 120 in a direction along the rotation axis and a direction crossing the rotation axis. The manufacturing apparatus 100 performs, in thickness-reducing treatment, the treatment of calculating an elongation amount of an element tube 10 that is a difference between the travel of the mandrel roll 110 and the travel of the tip edge of the element tube 10.     【課題】より簡単な処理で、素管の厚さのばらつきに関係なく、伸び量を一定にし、リム部を設定通りの全長に成形することを可能とした自動車用ホイールの製造装置、自動車用ホイールの製造方法、ならびに、制御プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】製造装置100は、マンドレルロール110の回転軸線を中心とした回転制御をするとともに、スピニングロール120の回転制御、および、回転軸線に沿う方向ならびに回転軸線に対して交差する方向におけるマンドレルロール110とスピニングロール120との相対移動を移動制御して凹部形状を成形する減肉処理を実行する。製造装置100は、減肉処理において、マンドレルロール110の移動量と素管10の先端縁の移動量の差分である素管10の伸び量を算出する処理を実行し、伸び量が設定値に達すると、次処理に移行する。【選択図】図1
