To provide a wheel disc which includes a hub fitting part, a rim fitting part and a hat part, and can reduce the whole weight without largely lowering the whole rigidity.SOLUTION: A wheel disc 1 for automobile includes a plate-like hub fitting part 10, a cylindrical rim fitting part 20 and a hat part 30. The hat part 30 includes a hat top part 31, a hat inner peripheral part 32 and a hat outer peripheral part 33. A first connection part 40 that is bent in a direction recessed inside in a disc axial direction is provided on a boundary between the hub fitting part 10 and the hat inner peripheral part 32, and a second connection part 50 bent in a direction recessed inside in a disc axial direction is provided on a boundary between a hat top part 31 and the hat outer peripheral part 33. A plate thickness t1 of the hat outer peripheral part 33 is smaller than a plate thickness t2 of the intermediate portion that is a portion from a boundary p between the first connection part 40 and the hat inner peripheral part 32 in the disc radial direction and a boundary q between the hat top part 31 and the second connection part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ハブ取付部、リム取付部及びハット部を備え、全体としての剛性を大きく低下することなく全体として軽量化できるホイールディスクを提供すること。【解決手段】自動車用ホイールディスク1は、平板状のハブ取付部10と、円筒状のリム取付部20と、ハット部30とを備える。ハット部30は、ハット頂部31と、ハット内周部32と、ハット外周部33とを備える。ハブ取付部10とハット内周部32との境界部には、ディスク軸方向内側に窪む向きに屈曲する第1繋ぎ部40が設けられ、ハット頂部31とハット外周部33との境界部には、ディスク軸方向内側に窪む向きに屈曲する第2繋ぎ部50が設けられる。ハット外周部33の板厚t1は、ディスク径方向における第1繋ぎ部40とハット内周部32との境界pからハット頂部31と第2繋ぎ部50との境界qまでの部分である中間部分の板厚t2より小さい。【選択図】 図1
