To provide an electric actuator and an electric brake device capable of improving NVH and enhancing control performance.SOLUTION: A control device 2 of an electric actuator comprises: an angle estimation unit 20a for estimating a motor angle; a load estimation function unit 19; a control arithmetic unit 23 for tracking controlling a control quantity relative to a given target value; and a mechanical coupling state estimation unit 24 that a transmission unit estimates a separation and contact state. The control arithmetic unit 23 has a first control arithmetic unit 23a for controlling the electric motor 4 according to a prescribed condition when it is estimated to be in a contact state, and a second control arithmetic unit 23b in which a magnitude of driving force of the electric motor 4 is calculated smaller than that of the first control arithmetic unit 23a when it is estimated to be a separation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
