To provide a winding shaft that can be reduced in size while securing strength and yet can be simplified in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A bobbin 200, which is used in a winding device 100 configured to be able to wind a webbing 500, comprises: a cylindrical outer peripheral wall 260, constituted of a steel material, which has a slit-like opening part 270 formed in a longitudinal direction; and a cylindrical inner wall 250, constituted of a steel material and led to the outer peripheral wall 260, in which an inner space 280 communicating with the opening part 270 inside the outer peripheral wall 260 is formed. When the bobbin is used in the winding device 100, an end part of the webbing 500 is held in an inner space 280 so that the webbing 500 does not come off from the opening part 270, and a belt-like or string-like part of the webbing 500 is inserted through the opening part 270, so that the belt-like or string-like part of the webbing 500 can be wound up and drawn out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】強度を確保しつつ軽量化が可能で、しかも製造工程の簡素化を図ることが可能な巻取軸を提供する。【解決手段】ウェビング500を巻取り可能に構成される巻取装置100に用いられるボビン200であって、長手方向に形成されるスリット状の開口部270を有し、鋼材により構成される筒状の外周壁260と、外周壁260の内側において開口部270と連通する内部空間280を形成し、鋼材により構成されて外周壁260と連続する筒状の内周壁250とを備える。巻取装置100に用いられたときに、ウェビング500が開口部270から抜けないようにウェビング500の端部を内部空間280において保持するとともにウェビング500の帯状または紐状の部分が開口部270を挿通することで、ウェビング500の帯状または紐状の部分の巻取りと引き出しとが可能に構成されている。【選択図】図3
