The invention provides an auxiliary anti-winding device for a ship shaft, and relates to the field of ship shafts. The auxiliary anti-winding device comprises: a ship body and the ship shaft, whereinthe ship shaft is rotatably connected to the ship body, and the ship shaft is connected to a power system inside the ship body; a plurality of blades, which are distributed on the outer end part of the ship shaft; a ring-shaped inner cavity positioned in the ship shaft between the blades and the ship body, and a plurality of shrinkage slots in the side surface of the ship shaft, wherein the shrinkage slots communicate with the ring-shaped inner cavity; cutting knives, wherein the cutting knives are arranged in each shrinkage slot, the bottoms of the cutting knives extend into the ring-shaped inner cavity and are hinged with the inner side surface of the ring-shaped inner cavity; and a drive part positioned in the ring-shaped inner cavity, wherein the drive part is in power connection to the cutting knives, the drive part drives the tops of the cutting knives shrunk into the shrinkage slots to rotate to the outer part of the ship shaft around hinged points of the cutting knives while aship runs to a water area with many impurities to travel, so that the impurities wound on the ship shaft are cut off in a rotation process of the cutting knives. The auxiliary anti-winding device canprevent excessive impurities from winding on the ship shaft, so that the ship can normally run in a water area with excessive sundries.

    本发明提供了一种船轴辅助防缠绕装置,涉及船轴领域,包括船体及船轴,船轴与船体转动连接,且船轴与船体内部的动力系统连接;分布于船轴外部端部的若干叶片;位于叶片与船体之间的船轴内设有环形内腔及设有该部分船轴侧表现的若干收缩槽,收缩槽与环形内腔相连通;割刀,每个收缩槽内均设有若干割刀,割刀的底部延伸至环形内腔内,并与环形内腔的内侧面铰接;位于环形内腔的驱动部,驱动部与割刀动力连接,在船舶运行至有较多杂物的水域行驶时,驱动部驱动收缩在收缩槽内的割刀的顶部绕着割刀的铰接点转动至船轴的外部,在割刀转动过程中,会将缠绕在船轴的杂物割断,可以避免过多的杂物缠绕在船轴上,从而使得船舶在杂物过多的水域可正常行驶。
