The invention relates to the technical field of carbon fiber materials, in particular to a carbon fiber shaft tube, a winding method and winding equipment, and the carbon fiber shaft tube comprises a mandrel and a carbon fiber tow; the carbon fiber tows are wound on the mandrel by at least 3 mm; the carbon fiber tows in the same layer are obliquely distributed towards one end of the mandrel, and the carbon fiber tows in the adjacent layer are obliquely distributed towards the other end of the mandrel; the included angle between the carbon fiber tows and the axis of the mandrel is 37-52 degrees, and the included angle between every two adjacent layers of carbon fiber tows is 74-104 degrees; tests prove that the static torsional strength and the fatigue strength of the carbon fiber axle tube can meet the design requirements. According to the winding method and the winding equipment for the carbon fiber shaft tube, production and preparation of the carbon fiber shaft tube with static torsional strength and fatigue strength meeting design requirements can be realized, so that industrial production of the carbon fiber shaft tube is realized.

    本发明涉及碳纤维材料技术领域,特别涉及一种碳纤维轴管、缠绕方法及缠绕设备,该碳纤维轴管包括:芯轴及碳纤维丝束;碳纤维丝束在芯轴上缠绕至少有3mm;同一层的碳纤维丝束均朝向芯轴的一端倾斜分布,相邻一层的碳纤维丝束均朝向芯轴的另一端倾斜分布;碳纤维丝束与芯轴的轴线之间的夹角为37°‑52°,相邻两层碳纤维丝束之间形成的夹角为74°‑104°;该碳纤维轴管经试验验证,其静扭强度和疲劳强度可以达到设计要求。该碳纤维轴管的缠绕方法及缠绕设备,能够实现静扭强度和疲劳强度均达到设计要求的碳纤维轴管的生产制备,以实现该碳纤维轴管的产业化生产。
