To provide a novel unmanned flying object which can realize a longer flying time than before while suppressing increase in size and weight of a body.SOLUTION: An unmanned flying object comprises a body 3 of which upper part is formed of a transparent material. A semiconductor device comprising spherical semiconductor elements 35 which are made to have a diameter of 1 to 2 mm and generate power by sunlight transmitted and radiated through the body 3 is disposed in the body 3. The semiconductor device is such that it is disposed in the body 3 and is constituted of sheet-shaped solar cell modules 31...33 on which the spherical semiconductor elements 35 as a whole are formed in a matrix configuration of plurality of rows and columns, or that it is disposed in the body 3 and is constituted of linear solar cell modules 51, 61 in which the spherical semiconductor elements 35 are arranged in a line and which are kept in a state of being curved or bent into a spiral shape or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
