To provide a high speed train capable of improving the safety during high speed traveling and increasing the speed considerably.SOLUTION: The high speed train has a vehicle body including an upper vehicle body and a lower vehicle body that are partly connected to each other. A bottom part of the upper vehicle body has a wheel 6 and a lower part of the rail is partly opened so that the center of gravity of the vehicle body is positioned under a contact surface of the wheel 6 with the rail. Since the center of gravity of the vehicle body is positioned under the contact surface of the double row wheel 6 with the rail, the speed can be considerably increased so that the safety during high speed traveling can be ensured more preferably in the conventional turning radium. When the width of a vehicle is further widened by 500 mm from a reference value and the number of seats in one row is increased to six seats from the current five seats, the capacity of passengers becomes 2.2 times larger than the current capacity. If the speed per hour is 500 km, the overall transportation capability becomes 3.6 times larger than a high speed railway of 350 km per hour so that the speed of the high speed train can be easily increased to 1,000 km per hour that is the speed of a passenger airplane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】高速走行の安全性をより良好にし、速度を大幅に引き上げることができる高速列車を提供する。【解決手段】高速列車は車体が上部車体および下部車体を含み上部車体と下部車体とが一部接続され、上部車体の底部に車輪6を有し、レールの下部が一部空いており、車体の重心が車輪6とレールとの接触面の下に位置する。車体の重心が複列の車輪6とレールとの接触面の下にあることにより、速度を大幅に引き上げることができ、従来の旋回半径で高速走行の安全性をより良好に保障することもできる。車両の幅を基準値からさらに500ミリメートル広げ、現在の一列五席から六席にすることで、乗客の収容量が現在の2.2倍になる。時速が500キロメートルであれば、総合的な運送能力は時速350キロメートルの高速鉄道の3.6倍になり、この高速列車は速度を旅客機の速度である時速1000キロメートルまで引き上げることが容易にできる。【選択図】図2
