To improve visibility of a pillar part object outside a vehicle, as seen from an occupant.SOLUTION: A vehicular pillar structure 10 comprises: an inner wall part 34 which extends along an end part on one side in a vehicle width direction of windshield glass 18, and which is opaquely formed and constitutes a part of a pillar skeleton; and an outer wall part 36 which is mounted further outside in the vehicle width direction to be spaced away from the inner wall part 34 and extends along the inner wall part 34, and which is opaquely formed and constitutes a part of the skeleton. Further, a transparently formed pillar glass outer 32 extends along the inner wall part 34 and the outer wall part 36, and bridges between a front end part of the inner wall part 34 and a front end part of the outer wall part 36. In addition, a low reflection film 42 is arranged on lateral surfaces disposed opposite each other in the inner wall part 34 and the outer wall part 36. Accordingly, a reflection rate is set to be lower than a reflection rate of the lateral surfaces prior to the low reflection treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ピラー部の車両外側の対象物に対する乗員から見た視認性を向上させる。【解決手段】車両用ピラー構造10では、ウィンドシールドガラス18における車幅方向一方側の端部に沿って延在し、不透明に形成されると共に、ピラーの骨格の一部を構成する内側壁部34と、内側壁部34に対して車幅方向外側に離間して配置され、内側壁部34に沿って延在し、不透明に形成されると共に、骨格の一部を構成する外側壁部36と、を備えている。また、透明に形成されたピラーガラスアウタ32が、内側壁部34と外側壁部36に沿って延在し、かつ、内側壁部34の前端部と外側壁部36の前端部との間に架け渡されている。さらに、内側壁部34と外側壁部36における互いに対向して配置された側面には、低反射フィルム42が設けられている。これにより、低反射処理をする前の状態の該側面の反射率よりも反射率が低く設定されている。【選択図】図1
