To inspect connection state of pipeline for cooling of a fuel cell.SOLUTION: In a connection state inspection method of pipeline annularly coupling a fuel cell being cooled by cooling liquid, a radiator for cooling the cooling liquid drained from the fuel cell, and a pump for pumping the cooling liquid, cooled by the radiator, to the fuel cell, the duct of the cooling liquid is changed over to the bypass pipeline side detouring the radiator, and after electricity is generated until the temperature of the cooling liquid becomes higher than the outdoor air temperature, the duct of the cooling liquid is changed over to the radiator side, a determination is made that the connection state is bad when the absolute value of the difference of a first temperature, i.e., the temperature of the cooling liquid flowing through a manifold for draining the cooling liquid provided in the fuel cell and a second temperature, i.e., the temperature of the cooling liquid to be drained from the radiator, is less than a predetermined threshold level, and a determination is made that the connection state is good when the threshold level is exceeded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
