To solve the problem that there is a possibility of an acquired energy saving effect falling below an expected energy saving effect when control to maximize equipment efficiency is executed based on equipment efficiency measured in advance since there exists a possibility of a value measured in advance being different from an actual value in equipment efficiency at a certain operation point as the equipment efficiency varies depending on individual variations, use history, etc., of electric motors.SOLUTION: A vehicle information control device includes: an actual power consumption calculation unit for calculating actual power consumption that a vehicle actually consumes from an overhead wire voltage and an overhead wire current; a theoretical power consumption calculation unit for calculating theoretical power consumption of the vehicle based on a theoretical formula from tread force of the vehicle and a vehicle speed of the vehicle output by a driving device of the vehicle; an equipment efficiency calculation unit for calculating equipment efficiency of the vehicle from the actual power consumption and the theoretical power consumption; and an equipment efficiency storage unit for holding the equipment efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】機器効率は電動機の個体ばらつきや使用履歴などによって変化するため、ある動作点の機器効率が予め測定した値と実際の値が異なる可能性が存在するため、機器効率を最大にする制御を予め測定した機器効率に基づいて実施した場合、得られる省エネ効果が期待する省エネ効果を下回る可能性がある。【解決手段】車両情報制御装置は、架線電圧および架線電流から車両が実際に消費する実消費電力を算出する実消費電力算出部と、車両の駆動装置が出力する当該車両の踏面力および車両の車両速度から理論式に基づいて車両の理論消費電力を算出する理論消費電力算出部と、実消費電力と理論消費電力とから車両の機器効率を算出する機器効率算出部と、機器効率を保持する機器効率記憶部とを備える。【選択図】図1
