To provide a tire apparatus comprising a tire-side device which can achieve memory saving and power saving in a control unit within a tire.SOLUTION: The calculation of the degree of similarity between a current feature quantity and a previous feature quantity is performed by a control unit 11 of a tire-side device 1, and on the basis of the result, it is determined that a road surface state has changed. In addition, it is estimated by a control unit 26 of a vehicle body-side system 2 that the road surface state has changed, on the basis of information from a peripheral device 24, and vehicle body-side information that there is a change in the road surface state is transmitted to the tire-side device 1. In the tire-side device 1, road surface data including the current feature quantity is transmitted from the tire-side device 1 at a timing when the road surface state has changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】タイヤ内の制御部の省メモリおよび省電力を実現できるタイヤ側装置を含むタイヤ装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ側装置1の制御部11により、今回特徴量と前回特徴量との間において類似度計算を行い、その結果に基づいて路面状態が変化したことを判定する。また、車体側システム2の制御部26により、周辺装置24の情報に基づいて路面状態の変化があったことを推定すると共に、路面状態の変化があると車体側情報をタイヤ側装置1に送信する。そして、タイヤ側装置1にて、路面状態の変化したタイミングでタイヤ側装置1から今回特徴量を含む路面データの送信を行う。【選択図】図2
