To provide a battery device cooling structure which can efficiently cool a vehicle battery device.SOLUTION: A battery device cooling structure includes: a deflector 20 disposed on an upper surface of a vehicle cabin 2 of a vehicle 1 and in front of a cargo box 3; a ventilation flue 30 opened at a front side and a rear side of the vehicle; a battery device 40 disposed in the ventilation flue 30; and a grille shutter 50 which is disposed at the front side of the vehicle relative to the battery device 40 and opens or closes the ventilation flue 30. The grille shutter 50 opens the ventilation flue 30 when a vehicle speed of the vehicle 1 exceeds a predetermined speed and closes the ventilation flue 30 when the speed of the vehicle is lower than or equal to the predetermined speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
