To provide a duct structure of a battery cooling device which can secure air-tightness in a connection portion between a first duct portion disposed outside a vehicle cabin and a second duct portion disposed within the vehicle cain with easy assembly work.SOLUTION: A battery cooling device includes: a first intake duct 31 attached to a battery and having a connection cylinder part 31A protruding to a vehicle cabin 22 through an opening 34 of an inspection panel 23a; an auxiliary member 36 having a seal cylinder part 37 which presses a first seal member 35 to the connection cylinder part 31A and a seal flange part 38 facing the inspection panel 23a from the vehicle cabin 22 side; a second seal member 41 which surrounds the opening 34 between the inspection panel 23a and the seal flange part 38; and a second intake duct 32 assembled to the inspection panel 23a from the vehicle cabin 22 side, the second intake duct 32 having a pressing flange part 43 which presses the duct body part 42 enclosing the seal cylinder part 37 and the seal flange part 38 to the inspection panel 23a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
