To provide a technique capable of cooling a battery evenly.SOLUTION: A battery cooling device (20) includes a heat exchanger (30) in which a heat medium for cooling a battery (10) flows, and a heat transfer member (40) which is arranged on a side of the heat exchanger (30) on which the heat exchanger (30) faces the battery (10), and can transfer heat of the battery (10) to the heat exchanger (30). The thermal resistance value of the heat transfer member (40) is higher on an upstream side than that on a downstream side with reference to a flow direction of the heat medium. The heat transfer member (40) includes a plurality of materials (first sheet 41 to third sheet 43) which are different in thermal conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
