To provide a robot for load-carrying platform conveyance which can stably lift up and convey a load-carrying platform, and only needs the narrow work space.SOLUTION: A robot R includes: a body 1; a pair of crawler devices 2, 2 which is provided in the body 1 and can travel in two directions; and lifters 70 which are provided in 4 corners of the body. Each of the lifters 70 includes a pedestal 71 and an actuator 73 which makes the pedestal 71 ascend/descend. The robot R lifts up a cargo 100 (load-carrying platform) by making the pedestal 71 ascend in the state of crawling under the cargo 100, and conveys the cargo 100 to the destination location with driving of the crawler devices 2, 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
