To provide a pneumatic tire for a motor cycle that improves wet grip performance during turning of the cycle while securing operation stability during the turning.SOLUTION: A tread part is formed of a central part rubber and both-side rubbers having modulus lower than the modulus of the central part rubber, and has a structure in which the central part rubber and both-side rubbers are laminated sequentially at both side parts in a tire width direction. Both-side rubbers have tread patterns extending further to inside in the tire width direction than a point at a quarter of a tread width TW, and include a plurality of inclined grooves 21-25 at a tire tread surface part, between a tire equator and outside in the tire width direction. When the tread with is divided into eight equal widths, in regions C in a range of 1/4 to 3/8 of the tread width between the tire equator and outside in the tire width direction, of regions divided into eight regions, the number of the inclined grooves included in one pitch of the tread pattern becomes maximum, and a depth of the inclined grooves is larger than thicknesses of both-side rubbers at least in a part of the region C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
