To provide a device capable of measuring a control section length of an electronic train detector with a small number of personnel without receiving the limitation of a work time zone.SOLUTION: A relay output measurement device for monitoring a relay operation voltage output from an electronic train detector to a railroad crossing control device to measure a control section length by the electronic train detector includes: voltage measurement means for measuring a relay operation voltage; and format determination means for determining whether an electronic train detector of a first format is connected or an electronic train detector of a second format is connected on the basis of a measurement voltage, measures voltage while a prescribed voltage to which an electronic train detector does not respond to an external output terminal in the case that the electronic train detector of the first format is connected in accordance with a determination result of the format determination means, makes the external output terminal be in a low impedance state to measure voltage in the case that the electronic train detector of the second format is connected, and can detect a control section of the electronic train detector of a measurement object according to whether voltage measured by the voltage measurement means is changed or not changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】作業時間帯の制限を受けることなく少ない要員で踏切制御子の制御区間長を測定することができる装置を実現する。【解決手段】踏切制御子から踏切制御装置へ出力されるリレー作動電圧を監視して踏切制御子による制御区間長を測定するリレー出力測定装置において、リレー作動電圧を測定する電圧測定手段と、測定電圧に基づいて第1形式の踏切制御子が接続されているか第2形式の踏切制御子が接続されているか判定する形式判定手段とを備え、形式判定手段の判定結果に応じて、第1形式の踏切制御子が接続されている場合には、外部出力端子に踏切制御装置が反応しない所定の電圧を印加した状態で電圧の測定を行い、第2形式の踏切制御子が接続されている場合には外部出力端子を低インピーダンスの状態にして電圧の測定を行い、電圧測定手段による測定電圧が変化したか変化しないかによって測定対象の踏切制御子の制御区間を検出可能に構成した。【選択図】図2
