To provide a pre-collision control execution device that improves possibility of precisely determining unnecessary targets from among targets detected by a sensor to reduce possibility that pre-collision control is executed relative to the unnecessary targets.SOLUTION: A pre-collision control ECU 10 executes pre-collision control for preparing for collision between a target that satisfies prescribed conditions and an own vehicle when there is a target that is not an unnecessary target among targets detected by sensors 20L, 20R and whose collision possibility index value satisfies the prescribed conditions. The pre-collision control ECU determines that the target is an unnecessary target when a velocity index value representing a degree of change in velocity of an initial detection target is out of a prescribed range. The initial detection target is a target located in an unnecessary target area that is an area where an initial detection position that is a position of the target relative to an own vehicle when the sensor first detects the target includes a detection axial line of the sensor and an area in which a distance from the sensor is equal to or shorter than a prescribed neighboring distance which is shorter than a detectable distance and the initial detection position is located within the unnecessary target area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】センサが検出した物標の中から不要物標を正確に判定する可能性を向上させ、不要物標に対して衝突前制御が実施される可能性を低減させる衝突前制御実施装置を提供する。【解決手段】衝突前制御ECU10は、センサ20L,20Rが検出した物標の中で不要物標でない物標で且つ衝突可能性指標値が所定条件を満たす物標が存在する場合、所定条件を満たす物標と自車両との衝突に備えるための衝突前制御を実施する。衝突前制御ECUは、センサが物標を最初に検出したときの物標の自車両に対する位置である初期検出位置がセンサの検出軸線を含む領域であって且つセンサからの距離が検出可能距離よりも短い所定の近傍距離以下の領域である不要物標領域内に位置し、且つ、初期検出位置が不要物標領域内に位置していた物標である初期検出物標の速度変化の度合いを示す速度指標値が所定範囲外であるとき、物標を不要物標であると判定する。【選択図】図1
