To improve determination accuracy of risk in accordance with speed of a mobile body.SOLUTION: A degree of risk calculation device 10 specifies a first record that includes information capable of specifying an object mobile body that is a degree of risk calculation object from among a plurality of records including: measurement data acquired from measurement apparatuses 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a and so on installed in respective plurality of mobile bodies 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on; time when the measurement data is acquired; and information capable of specifying the mobile bodies 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on and whose measurement data designates time within an object time section and a position within an object space section. Next, the degree of risk calculation device 10 extracts one or more second records that designate time within the object time section and a position within the object space section from among the plurality of records to calculate a degree of risk of the object mobile body based on a difference between representative value of speed included in respective extracted second records and the speed designated in the first record.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】移動体の速度に応じた危険性の判定精度を向上させる。【解決手段】危険度算出装置10は、複数の移動体1,2,3,4,・・・それぞれに搭載された計測機器1a,2a,3a,4a,・・・から取得された測定データと、測定データを取得した時刻と、移動体1,2,3,4,・・・を特定可能な情報とを含む複数のレコードのなかから、危険度算出対象である対象移動体を特定可能な情報を含み、測定データが対象時間区間内の時刻および対象空間区間の位置を示す第1のレコードを特定する。次に危険度算出装置10は、複数のレコードのなかから、対象時間区間内の時刻および対象空間区間内の位置を示す第2のレコードを1以上抽出し、抽出した第2のレコードそれぞれに含まれる速度の代表値と、第1のレコードに示される速度との差分に基づいて、対象移動体の危険度を算出する。【選択図】図1
