To provide a technique that can quickly move back a train following a broken train to a direction different from the traveling direction thereof without arranging a plurality of ground elements near two neighboring stations when there is a hindering section that is a section where a train cannot travel in the middle of a block section between the two neighboring stations.SOLUTION: An interlock device includes: dividing means for dividing a control range between two neighboring stations in a predetermined position; and resetting means for resetting the linkage relationship of traveling direction information between a start edge and an end edge in each of the divided control range.
