To optimize more.SOLUTION: A light source irradiates modulated light toward an object body which is an object to be measured of a distance. A sensor receives a reflection light reflected by the object body irradiated by light from the light source. A signal process part performs a signal process for obtaining a distance up to at least the object body using a signal outputted from the sensor. A ranging error contained in the measurement result measuring the distance up to the object body is calculated, and an output voltage of a battery is converted into a predetermined voltage and supplied by performing a feedback control based on the error. The present technique can be, for example, applied to a distance measuring device using a TOF system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】より最適化を図る。【解決手段】光源は、距離を計測する対象となる対象物体に向かって、変調された光を照射し、センサは、光源から照射された光が対象物体で反射した反射光を受光し、信号処理部は、センサから出力される信号を用いて、少なくとも対象物体までの距離を求める信号処理を施す。そして、対象物体までの距離を計測した計測結果に含まれる測距誤差が算出され、その誤差に基づいたフィードバック制御を行って、バッテリの出力電圧が所定の電圧に変換して供給される。本技術は、例えば、TOF方式を利用した距離計測装置に適用できる。【選択図】図1
