PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous operation of user detection depending on the image capturing conditions when a user is detected by using an image captured with a camera.SOLUTION: This elevator riding detection system is provided with: a camera 12; a user detection unit 22; a door opening/closing control unit 31; a parameter acquisition unit 23; and an erroneous operation prevention unit 24. The parameter acquisition unit 23 acquires a parameter concerning brightness adjustment from the camera 12. The erroneous operation prevention unit 24 carries out a process for determining brightness of a captured image which is used by the user detection unit 22 on the basis of the parameter acquired by the parameter acquisition unit 23 and preventing an erroneous operation of the user detection unit 22 according to the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】カメラによって撮影された画像を用いて利用者を検知する際に、撮影環境により利用者検知の誤作動を防ぐ。【解決手段】一実施形態に係るエレベータの乗車検知システムは、カメラ12、利用者検知部22、戸開閉制御部31、パラメータ取得部23、誤作動防止部24を備える。パラメータ取得部23は、カメラ12から明るさ調整に関するパラメータを取得する。誤作動防止部24は、パラメータ取得部23によって得られたパラメータに基づいて、利用者検知部22に用いられる撮影画像の明るさを判断し、その判断結果に応じて利用者検知部22の誤作動を防止するための処理を実施する。【選択図】 図1
