PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption energy by an actuator compared with before and to improve controllability of an inclination angle of a vehicle, by calculating a target inclination angle of the vehicle in consideration of a lateral acceleration of the vehicle resulting from a gyroscopic moment working on a wheel.SOLUTION: The inclination vehicle includes: left and right front wheels supported by a knuckle; rear wheels capable of steering; a vehicle inclination device and a controller. The vehicle inclination device includes an oscillation member, an inclination actuator for oscillating the oscillation member and a pair of tie rods pivoted to the oscillation member and the knuckle. The controller calculates a target lateral acceleration Gyt of a vehicle, estimates a lateral acceleration Gj of the vehicle resulting from a gyroscopic moment Mjff of each wheel and calculates a target inclination angle θt of the vehicle on the basis of a sum of the target lateral acceleration and the lateral acceleration resulting from the gyroscopic moment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】車輪に作用するジャイロモーメントに起因する車両の横加速度を考慮して車両の目標傾斜角を演算することにより、従来に比してアクチュエータによる消費エネルギを低減すると共に、車両の傾斜角の制御性を向上させる。【解決手段】ナックルにより支持された左右の前輪と、転舵可能な後輪と、車両傾斜装置と、制御装置とを含む自動傾斜車両であり、車両傾斜装置は、揺動部材と、揺動部材を揺動させる傾斜アクチュエータと、揺動部材及びナックルに枢着された一対のタイロッドとを含み、制御装置は、車両の目標横加速度Gytを演算し、各車輪のジャイロモーメントMjffに起因する車両の横加速度Gjを推定し、目標横加速度及びジャイロモーメントに起因する横加速度の和に基づいて車両の目標傾斜角θtを演算する。【選択図】図7
