PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption and delay increase by preventing stopping between stations which occurs when a subsequent train excessively approaches the preceding train in the case that a delay occurs at a departure time of a train because of an increase in getting-on time due to crowded people, running-onto tain, or the like.SOLUTION: The shortest release time being a time at which the disappearance of a brake pattern is earliest in the case that the brake pattern disappears, is calculated from the brake pattern for stopping a train before an occupation section by the preceding train traveling in front of the train on the basis of a departure time of the preceding train at a target station, a station approach limit position for preventing the train from approaching the target station is calculated from the brake pattern, a target speed of the train is calculated from the station approach limit position of the train, the current position, deceleration and the shortest release time, and a travel command to control travel of the train is determined on the basis of the target speed of the train, the present speed and the brake pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】混雑に伴う乗降時間の増加やかけこみ乗車などにより、列車の出発時刻に遅延が発生した場合に、後続列車が先行列車に過剰に接近することで起こる駅中間での停止を防止し、消費エネルギーおよび遅延の増大を低減する。【解決手段】列車の前方を走行する先行列車による占有区間の手前に当該列車を停止させるためのブレーキパターンから、目標駅における先行列車の出発時刻に基づいて、当該ブレーキパターンが消失するとした場合に該消失が最も早い時刻である最短解放時刻を計算し、ブレーキパターンから列車が目標駅へ進入することを防止するための駅進入限界位置を求め、列車の駅進入限界位置、現在位置、減速度および最短解放時刻から列車の目標速度を算出し、列車の目標速度および現在速度並びにブレーキパターンに基づいて列車の走行を制御するための走行指令を決定する。【選択図】図6
