PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infinite track travel device of which a size can be reduced and which can stably travel, and a movable body.SOLUTION: An infinite track travel device comprises a plate-like member having a plane part which is located in a space surrounded by an endless track and which contacts an inner peripheral surface part of the endless track at one portion of two portions which exist between a first pulley and a second pulley and face each other. The endless track is so configured at least a part of an outer peripheral surface part, which faces the inner peripheral surface part which contacts the plane part of the plate-like member, contacts a travel object, and further, the endless track is so formed that a hardness of the outer peripheral surface part is higher than a hardness of the inner peripheral surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
