PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration absorption in a case where a shift lever of a manual transmission is operated in a shifting direction.SOLUTION: A shift lever 10 comprises: a first lever part 11 provided in a rod shape and a first-end part of which is connected to a manual transmission 2; a second lever part 12 a basal-end part of which is provided in a cylindrical shape covering a second-end part of the first lever part 11, and which has a shift knob 20 disposed at a leading-end part; and an elastic member 30 disposed between an outer peripheral surface of the second-end part of the first lever part 11 and an inner peripheral surface of the basal-end part of the second lever part 12, and elastically deformed according to the magnitude of a shift load, i.e., a load in a shifting direction, which acts by an operation in a shifting direction. The deformation rate of the elastic member 30 in a case where the magnitude of the shift load is equal to or larger than a predetermined value V is higher than the deformation rate of the elastic member 30 in a case where the magnitude of the shift load is smaller than the predetermined value V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
