A shift lever mounting bracket 110 includes a vehicle-side fixing plate 161 having a virtually flat shape; a lever-side fixing plate 163 having a virtually flat shape; a connecting plate 162 having a virtually flat shape, and extending virtually parallel to both a direction orthogonal to the vehicle-side fixing plate 161 and a direction orthogonal to the lever-side fixing plate 163; a vehicle-side bend part 164 connecting a part of an edge of the vehicle-side fixing plate 161 with a part of an edge of the connecting plate 162; and a lever-side bend part 165 connecting a part of an edge of the lever-side fixing plate 163 and a part of the edge of the connecting plate 162. The entire shift lever mounting bracket 110 is constituted with a continuous flat plate.
