PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying device that can determine the position of a portable terminal of a sufferer even if there is no another portable terminal near the sufferer.SOLUTION: A flying device 1 has: a flight control part 173 controlling the flying device to fly within a predetermined range of distance to the ground on the basis of map data including height information; an information acquisition part 172 acquiring area information indicating areas to which no radio wave reaches from any base stations of a portable telephone network; a position information acquisition part 171 acquiring position information indicating a flight position; a communication control part 174 transmitting a notification signal which a portable terminal can receive and receiving a response signal to the notification signal, when the flight position indicated by the position information is in the area indicated by the area information; and an output part 14 outputting report information indicating receiving of the response signal when the communication part 174 receives the response signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】近隣に他の携帯端末がいない場合でも、遭難者の携帯端末の位置を特定できる飛行装置を提供する。【解決手段】飛行装置1は、高さ情報を含む地図データに基づいて、地面までの距離が所定の範囲内を飛行するように制御する飛行制御部173と、携帯電話網の基地局の電波が届かないエリアを示すエリア情報を取得する情報取得部172と、飛行位置を示す位置情報を取得する位置情報取得部171と、位置情報が示す飛行位置が、エリア情報が示すエリア内に入っている場合に、携帯端末が受信可能な報知信号を送信するとともに、前記報知信号に対する応答信号を受信する通信制御部174と、通信制御部174が応答信号を受信した場合に、応答信号を受信したことを示す報告情報を出力する出力部14と、を有する。【選択図】図2
